### How do I place an order?
You can place an order online. Have questions? Reach out to our sweetgreen catering team at catering@sweetgreen.com.

### What menu items do you offer?
We offer individually packaged salads & warm bowls, sides, desserts, and assorted beverages & buffet-style catering at select locations. Bundling options are also available. Menus vary by location.

### What's the minimum order size?
All delivery and pick-up catering orders have a $50 minimum.

### Do you offer pick-up or delivery?
Both! You can pick-up your order at the nearest sweetgreen catering location or have it delivered to you for a 10% delivery fee (starting at $30) up to 20 miles from our catering locations. This fee helps us invest in the real humans who fuel our delivery operations so you can get your greens fresh + on-time.

### Can I place a same-day order?
All orders must be submitted at least 12 hours in advance. If the store can make your catering order, you will receive a confirmation email within 12 - 48 hours confirming acceptance.

### When is catering available?
Catering is available 7 days a week, from 10:30am - 8pm at most stores.

### Is there a cancellation fee?
There is a 100% cancellation fee for orders cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled delivery.

### How do I get in touch with someone for questions about an existing order or to make changes to my order?
We can accommodate changes to your order up to 24 hours in advance. If you placed your order online, reference your receipt email for a link to make modifications, or call 1-800-488-1803. If you placed your order with our sweetgreen catering team, email catering@sweetgreen.com and reference your five-digit order number to request changes to your order.
