## sweetgreen Rewards Program

sweetgreen Rewards (“Program”) is offered by sweetgreen, Inc. (“sweetgreen,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to eligible individuals who enroll in the Program (“Members,” “you,” or “your”). Please read the Program Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully. The Terms may have changed since you last read them. By (A) registering for an account with sweetgreen using the sweetgreen mobile application (“App”) or online at order.sweetgreen.com (“Website”), (B) redeeming Points (as defined below) or otherwise participating in the Program, or (C) if you have a registered sweetgreen account prior to your receipt of an email notice of your enrollment in the Program and declined to opt out of the Program, you agree to the Terms, as well as sweetgreen’s Terms of Use (“Terms of Use Terms”). If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, you may not participate in the Program. ### Eligibility
Individual residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 16 years of age or older may enroll to become Members. If you are between the ages of 16 and 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, if higher than 18), you may access and participate in the Program only with the consent and under the supervision of your parent or legal guardian. Only natural persons transacting in their personal capacity for their own account are eligible. Third party aggregators, groups, organizations, and business entities are not eligible. sweetgreen reserves the right to delay enrollment until your membership eligibility is confirmed.

### Account Creation
To become a Member and earn Points, you must create an account on the Website or the App. Your account is non-transferable and you may only have one (1) account at a time.

### Earning Points 
Members will earn ten (10) Points for each $1 they spend on eligible purchases made using the App, Website, or in-stores. In addition, we may offer additional opportunities to earn Points, including milestones, promotions, and challenges. To earn Points for in-store purchases, you must access your Earn and Redeem QR code via the App and scan it using the in-store terminal at checkout prior to completing payment for your order.

Cancelled orders will not earn Points. Points cannot be earned by ordering through any third-party platforms or by placing catering orders. Points will be deposited in your account within 24 hours of your qualifying transaction and are automatically tracked.

Points cannot be transferred, exchanged, bartered, auctioned, sold, or redeemed for cash and have no value outside of the Program; any such Points will be void. The accumulation of Points does not entitle the Member to any vested rights.

### Point Expiration
Points expire 180 days after the date they are deposited in your account. You forfeit all Points that you do not redeem prior to their expiration.

### Point Redemption
To redeem your Points, follow the directions provided in the App or Website. Each reward item has its own specific Point value. Points cannot be redeemed for gift cards, cash, or gift certificates. Points can only be redeemed for one (1) reward item in any single transaction and cannot be stacked with an existing offer.

### Member and Program Termination/Modification
sweetgreen reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Member’s account at any time for any reason. If your account has been suspended or terminated, you forfeit any accumulated Points and are prohibited from registering for a new account without prior permission. sweetgreen may terminate the Program at any time, which may result in the cancellation of all Points, privileges, and benefits associated with the Program.

### Change to Your Account Information
You must advise sweetgreen of any change in your name or the contact information associated with your account.

### Release of Liability/General Conditions
By participating in the Program, you agree to release and hold harmless sweetgreen and its affiliates from any liability or damages arising out of participation in the Program. Released Parties are not responsible for errors or problems of any kind relating to or in connection with the Program.

### Personal Information
Your personal information collected in connection with this Program will be used in accordance with sweetgreen’s Privacy Policy. If you are located in California, please also see the “Notice of Financial Incentives” section of our Privacy Policy.
